About the job
Our family is looking for an experienced, confident, and active occasional sitter to help with our three girls. Initially, it will be assisting my husband on evenings & weekends while I work. Once everyone is comfortable, we'd like the opportunity to do date nights. Total of about 5 days per month. We're looking for someone who is confident and competent caring for three kids at the same time. There will be plenty of time juggling both an infant and an active toddler. Someone who can engage our oldest in helping entertain the younger two. Most importantly we need someone who prioritizes safety and is confident saying "no" and maintaining boundaries where safety is concerned. The kids love playing pretend, crafts, dancing, tumbling, and exploring outside. We have two dogs, but usually keep them separate from the kids when we have help.
