Nanny For 14mo Old Boy

Looking for a reliable nanny to provide care for our 14mo old son. My husband and I work full time from home. We are looking for someone who is patient, caring and willing to play, nurture and positively/ joyfully interact with our son. We are a no screen household and focus on Montessori style play. My son loves to be read to and play chase/ climb. He is down to just one nap midday now and while he naps we just ask for the toy areas to be reset and prep the lunch meal (if not already prepped). We can provide some level of flexibility since we do work from home when needed.
