Part Time Nanny Needed

We have a 19 mo and 6 mo old, but mainly looking for assistance with our oldest, E. She's incredibly smart and we don't always have time to keep her engaged and learning throughout the day. We both work from home, but our jobs can be very busy and demanding and with another little one that I take care of throughout the day we'd like some help to keep her in a learning environment, but also play time, reading, and crafts. We especially want her to be able to go outside and play as often as possible when the weather permits. We have a lot of books and tons of development/learning toys. A table for a structured learning space and a place for toys with a lot of pieces. We'd like help three days a week, preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays definitely as we both have a meeting at 9 a.m. The other two days can be flexible, but we've really appreciated this schedule with our previous nanny.
