My baby is currently 3 months old and drinks breast milk from a bottle while not with me so her bottles would need to be defrosted and warmed under hot water. She normally wakes at 5:30am, eats every two hours, and takes a nap around 8am, 11am, and 12-2 p.m. Nap times may vary depending on last feeding. We do tummy time for 15-25 minutes 3 times a day, read twice a day, and take a walk once a day if the weather allows it.
