Minimum Requirements: - Experience working in the field of childcare is preferred. - Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. - Meet state requirements for professional development, annually. - Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. - High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. - A strong understanding of child development. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Must clear full background check and must pass health screening, required by the state.
