Long Term Nanny For 1 Year Old And Infant (due August/September)

My husband and I are looking for a regular, long-term caregiver for our daughter (currently 10 months) and baby (due August/September) to begin in May. We both work from home and have considerable flexibility when it comes to hours and a start date. My initial thoughts were each day 8 to 2, but this can be adjusted and need not be the same every day. We are also open to less than five days a week. Our daughter currently attends a traditional daycare 3 days a week, but we looking to have her cared for at home. She is very curious and loves to be outside. We live in the East Brainerd area.
