My husband and I work 12 hour days. My husband has a set schedule so I try to work around it. However there are a couple shifts usually 3-5 days a month where we both work and we need care from about 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at night. We currently utilize a daycare for part of the day and family in the afternoons but the family member is no longer an option so we were hoping for in home care instead.
