Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Sioux Falls

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Sioux Falls. We are both nurses, and need help on the days that we are both working. We rotate so some days are day shift and others are night shift. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and available to do both and even stay the night when needed. You will not be required to work a full long day or clean. Some meal preparation may be needed, but our 12-year-old enjoys cooking. Our kids are very self sufficient and have chores that they do so we ask that you do enforce that to help us maintain their independence and responsibilities please :) Our days aren't set, but they are scheduled about 1 month in advance.
