Full-time Nanny Needed For Infant And 3-year-old

Greetings! We're looking for a full-time nanny for our daughter M. for one year starting this August 2024. We seek someone to snuggle, sing, smile, play, and read her books. We're both nurse practitioners. I work 8 am-4:30 pm, and my husband works 8 am-5 p.m. I have all federal holidays off and ample vacation days, including the entire week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. M is 3 months old, and we use the app to help us track her schedule. Sleep training is essential to us. She is our second daughter. Our first daughter, R, is almost 4 and in preschool between 8:30am-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. We have some grandparent support and are looking for a nanny 3-5 days per week.
