We need in-home childcare for our 2-year-old boy on Thursdays, 8am-4:30 p.m. starting in January. Must be reliable, have great references, good with kids and a clean driving record. Our other children get home from school at 3:30 pm, so there is a short overlap where you'd have all 4 kids.
