Seeking childcare for a shared custody agreement. My significant other and I work rotating shifts, changing monthly, sometimes weekly. We need a reliable nanny who is able to accommodate our crazy needs and take the best care of our children. We have a 9-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. Some mornings, afternoons, evenings. Possible overnights and weekends. Nothing set in stone yet, but we are putting feelers out in order to start this process.
