Part-time Childcare Needed

In need of part time care for our 15-month-old boy. I go to the office 2-3 times a week and work from home the rest of the week. His dad works from home full time. One of us is always at the house but can't give our full attention while working at our desks. Our schedules are flexible, and needs are minimal. Just keep him fed, changed and happy! Looking for someone responsible, organized and open in communication. We have 2 cats that mostly stay out of the way but will want some pets from time to time. He loves to swim, so when it warms up we'll open up our above ground pool.
