My wife and I are looking for a babysitter to help cover our three kids, 19 mos, 4, and 13. Our 13-year-old loves to help. My wife works weekend overnights, and I work M-Friday and am on call usually 2 weekends a month. Some flexibility is a must, availability on the occasional weekend is a plus. The kids just need someone to be present with them. They're all funny, friendly, and full of energy. Being willing to engage with them on their level is important!
