Regular Nanny, Gentle Parenting

Hi, we are looking for a nanny with flexible schedule as one of us works a rotating shift we will need child care for the days that we both work, we will have schedules in advance. Our daughter is 1-year-old She is a very busy baby and likes to laugh and crawl. Our biggest concern is finding someone who will be able to match our parenting styles. We do also have a dog his name is Thor, he is the good boy, he is easy, you can just open the door and let him into the back yard a couple times a day for the bathroom. Our living area is mostly baby proofed so that our daughter can freely explore. Fri-Sunday and sometimes Monday mornings. would be needed from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. (maybe a little after depending on traffic) we would also like someone who can on occasion watch her while we go out on a date night. We would also like to interview before.
