I work a remote hybrid schedule, usually home 2 days a week, but it changes from time to time and my husband works night shift on and off (no set schedule). We're looking for someone who's pretty flexible, but could do nanny care in our home 3-4 days a week. We're looking for someone with a bit of experience as this will be our first baby.
