I'm a SAHM of 3 babies near Spartanburg. I'm looking for a recurring baby sitter during the day to usually watch 2 children while I take the other one to appointments/therapies or if I need to run errands. Preferably someone with medical knowledge or background. Animal lovers are welcomed as we do have 1 tiny dog. :-)
