Seeking and Needing: * 20-40 hours a week (base 20) varies based on sickness of child and doc appts (flexibility needed) * pick-up from bus stop * help with baths * feed, play and assist in engaging him with sibling * clean dishes, laundry and other items are related to him * occasional baths * assist on toilet, change diapers + clothes when needed (due to his cerebral palsy, bowel issues are sometimes present) * clean up his bedroom, make his bed, etc * occasionally go to doc appts to allow parent to engage doctor (sometimes early or all day) * help us ENHANCE his life experience
