We are a couple in our 30s preparing for our first baby, C (girl), due at the beginning of March in 2025. My brother has a child due 6 weeks after. We're looking to find a nanny to take care of both of our newborns after our parental leave. Details to be ironed out, but we will likely switch between our homes every week or two weeks. We also have a combined 3 dogs. We don't expect you to take care of them, but just let them out once or twice a day (fenced in yards). Outside of this, it'd be ideal to find someone that can handle other reasonable/minimL house management tasks (primarily laundry; we have maids that come every 2 weeks).
