Looking For After School Sitter

We are in search of a reliable caregiver to help with after school care. Responsibilities would include pick up from school, helping with homework if necessary, and playing with kids & dog (he will be a part of the job for now given that he's still young and has a lot of energy) until we get home from work. The ideal candidate would be someone who is patient, kind, and fun but still able to maintain a sense of structure & authority when needed. We are a Christian family who like for our kids to be active with plenty of time outside and only limited screen time.
