About the job
We are looking for someone reliable and experienced to keep our high energy 2-year-old boy and 3-month-old girl in our home on Mondays and possibly a second day per week. We have kind of a unique situation. I work variable hours (typically 7:30 to between 1 and 3 but may need as early as 6 or as late as 4:30). My husband works an on call schedule vs a traditional workday so sometimes may be home and involved or home and resting while you are with the kids. Due to the unpredictable hours, we plan to provide a negotiable minimum guarantee. Our hope is to find someone who is a great fit with our family long term who could also help with the occasional date night or weekend getaway.
