1-2 Days/Week - Part-time Nanny Needed For 2 Year Old & Infant

We are looking for someone reliable and experienced to keep our high energy 2-year-old boy and newborn girl in our home on Mondays and possibly a second day per week. Our hope is to find someone who is a great fit with our family long term who could also help with the occasional date night or weekend getaway. We have kind of a unique situation. My husband works an on call schedule vs a traditional workday and I work variable hours (typically 7:30-between 1&3 but may need as early as 6 or as late as 4:30). Sometimes the need would be as a typical babysitter with both children, while other times you would be extra hands for me or my husband, or occasionally just on call for us. Due to the unpredictable hours, we plan to provide a negotiable minimum guarantee. Must be comfortable with pets as we have a very active indoor dog.
