Nanny Needed For 1 3-YO Child In Ridgeville

Looking for a new nanny for my 3 yr old daughter. Two days a week (Monday and Tuesday), plus occasionally more days depending on my mom's (grandma's) schedule. Looking for someone to start immediately. Job will be until school starts in the fall when she starts a K3 program (hopefully). Looking for someone who: - is on board with the 1000 hours outside movement - will limit screen time to no more than 30-60 minutes - can plan a little structure into the day (outside time, craft time, etc.) but still give my daughter some "yes" time and freedom to do what she wants during these "yes" times - will interact with my child and not just oversee her - able to help with potty training - doesn't force physical touch if my child says no - has a somewhat Montessori style to their nannying service
