About the job
I am looking for someone to watch and transport my4-year-old daughter. She is an easy-going child who delights in using her imagination, arts and crafts, and free-up. Her verbal skills are strong and she can express what she wants and needs. My schedule is a bit confusing. The days I need care are consistent, but the hours are inconsistent. In addition, I have one schedule for six weeks, then it changes for three weeks, and will continue like that back and forth through to the fall. Since each week the hours may vary, I would like to offer a guaranteed weekly income up to a certain number of hours and then an hourly rate thereafter.
