We have a newborn baby girl! She is so sweet but her dad can work some very long days 10-12 plus hours and mom needs some help. Would look for woman good with child care as well as light housework (laundry, dishwasher/bottle washer, straightening, etc). Be able to watch the child solo at times as well.
