My wife and I are on the search for a long term nanny for our 1. 5-year-old son. We are hoping to find someone who will be with us regularly and not just for a season. We are looking for someone roughly 5hrs or less a day, 3-5 days a week depending on what you're looking for. The right nanny for us is someone who is reliable, who we feel comfortable leaving our son in their care.
