Part-time Nanny For An Active 2 1/2 Year Old

As a family we prioritize time together, healthy communication, and integrity. Our toddler loves to be active and enjoys biking, climbing, and running around with other kids at the playground. He also enjoys reading books, coloring, and pretending that he is a landscaper. We are looking for someone who can maintain kind and firm boundaries, and who uses positive reinforcement and redirection when appropriate. We also want someone who is engaging, active and creative. The start date and hours can be somewhat flexible, we primarily want to find someone who feels like a good fit.
