Newborn nanny and family support specialist part-time 15 hours a week Compensation is $24 to 28 hour dollars per hour depending on experience Hours are 15 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Hours will most likely be Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on either Friday or Saturday. Job description: responsible and nurturing newborn Nanny to assist with newborn care and provide household support to maintain families daily routine. Allows the mother to spend time with children ages 14 and 16. Responsibilities include meal prep, bathing baby, newborn laundry, tummy time, and occasional transportation for a teenage daughter or 93-year-old grandfather. Responsibilities: 1. Provide care for new Born during nap time and assist, soothing as needed. 2. Baby is breast-feed and Nanny may reheat breastmilk from refrigerator or from frozen. 3. Prepare meals and light meal prep for the family. 4. Clean and sanitize breast pump parts bottles, and baby feeding supplies. 5. Handle newborn laundry and light household organization related to newborn. 6. Comfortable changing feeding bathing and cleaning baby 7. Tummy time and sensory play with baby 8. Occasional transportation for teenage daughters to appointment activities, which may happen once a week at most it is most likely the mom will be driving them and Nanny will be with newborn unless newborn is extra fussy, there may also be teenage friends in and out of the house and we would like you to be comfortable introducing yourself to them and helping them find snacks or restroom if asked. 9. Drive 93-year-old grandfather to appointments if needed this will likely happen once a month but we are multi general family and I want you to be prepared. Requirements: caring for newborns and infants, valid, drivers license, and reliable vehicle, CPR, first aid, preferred, background check required, references.
