Part-time Caregiver For 3 Year Old Boy With Down Syndrome.

We're looking for someone to join our "village" :-) A is a precious little 3-year-old boy whose mom and dad work full-time and need help with his care. A is developmentally delayed for his age, so we need someone who is willing to work with us in helping him as he learns to walk, talk, and eat solid foods. He's very good at entertaining himself - but needs the safety and structure of an attentive caregiver. We currently have 2 part-time helpers - and need to add a third one for the times listed. We need someone who is dependable, responsible, and can lift 35-40 pounds, if needed.
