Full-Time Nanny For 5-Month-Old + Drop Off/pickup For Two Older Children (6 & 4)

We have three daughters. The oldest is 6 years old in kindergarten. The middle is 4 years old and in daycare full time. She will transition to a 4K program next fall. Our youngest is 5 months old. We are looking for full-time in-home care for our 5 months. Our nanny would also be responsible for drop off at school each morning and pick up from the bus (within the neighborhood) in the afternoon. We plan to keep our 4 yo in daycare until the program starts next August. Then she will be going to the same school as the older daughter and riding the bus home with her in the afternoons. Additional responsibilities within the home will be light laundry and housekeeping and prepping dinner. We also have a dog, Darla, who is very loving and sweet. The only need for her will be letting her outside a few times per day in our fenced-in backyard.
