We unfortunately lost our wonderful nanny are looking for a replacement for our 16-week-old. Need someone VERY experienced with newborns - sleep schedules, comfortable holding baby while he fights sleep (sleep regressions, preparing stored breastmilk bottles, engaging the baby during awake windows with tummy time, books and play. Ideally would like an experienced mom, not someone who will be on their cellphone all day. I work remote most of the week but will be going into work 2 days a week likely Monday or tuesday and Thursday.
