FT Nanny Needed For 17mo Son

Hi!! My husband and I looking for a nanny for our 17-month-old son, and for housekeeping as well. Our current nanny is moving on to sit her baby nephew. My husband and I work full time and I travel 30-50%. Schedule is M-F 9-5 p.m. but hours during my travel periods will vary (6am-6 p.m. with shortened or off days). Nanny Must have dependable safe car, non- smoker, who is comfortable with dogs and who is CPR certified. We are looking for someone with a desire to build a creative empowering learning environment, punctual, great communicator, respectful and follows parenting style, and someone who is driven/takes initiative to get the job done.
