FT Nanny Needed For 17mo Son

Hi! My husband and I looking for a nanny for our 17month son. Our current nanny is moving on to sit her nephew. We both work FT, I work remote and travel 30-50%. Schedule is M-F 9-5 p.m. but flexible ( 6am-6 p.m. with advanced notice). Nanny must have dependable safe car, non- smoker, who is comfortable with dogs, and CPR certified. We are looking for someone with a desire to build a activity-filled learning environment, must be dependable/ punctual, and follows parenting style, and someone who is driven/ passionate about their work, and takes Initiative in helping with Housekeeping (tidying/laundry fold, etc).
