We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Ladson. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Autistic child needs potty training, pull changes and snacks bottles, oatmeal, fruit. She will have her aba therapist there 11a to 4:30p ish. They do not feed or change their clients so that's why you are needed.
