Nanny Needed For My Children

I would like more help with the children so I can spend some more time with my parents and then husband when he joins us. This person should also be happy to be an extra pair of hands when we want to go out and about as a big family or at home as well as comfortable being home alone with the kids when we are out for the day. My kids are 1 (boy) and 3 (girl). They enjoy the outdoors as well as structured playtime in the house. Depending on the weekly schedule we will need help from late morning until kids dinner time, weekdays only. I may also ask for babysitting in the evenings depending on plans.
