Our family values kindness, patience, and open communication. We appreciate creativity, outdoor play, and a balance between fun and structure. Teaching respect, responsibility, and empathy is important to us. We hope to find a nanny who shares these values and can be a positive role model. We have a toddler and a newborn but specifically need help with the toddler. We're looking for a nanny who can support his emotional growth, social skills, and daily routines. Our toddler loves to play outside and enjoys sports of all kinds. We want him to have engaging activities to help him grow and develop. We have 2 dogs. One of them is an older female golden retriever mix. She is calm and friendly. The other is a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd puppy. We have a big backyard and plenty of space for them to play on their own without interfering.
