Full Time Babysitter!!!

I'm looking to get back into work, my son is not in school so we try to learn as much as possible from home, I also have three large dogs that are extremely friendly. I'm desperately looking for a full time baby sitter who is able to come to my house from three in the morning to three in the evening, from Monday to Friday (some Fridays off). Must be reliable, as this job is not one that I can be late to, or one that I can call out at the last minute. I do have my grandmother who stays next door in case of emergencies, we live on a 3 acre property with lots of space for activities. My son is very good, he lives off a routine schedule and is very straight forward. He is still struggling to make out words still, but lets it be known exactly what he wants. We have three dogs total, two bulldogs that are 5 months old and one lab mix who is 7. My fiancé travels for work and will occasionally take one puppy with him, leaving us with two fur babies.
