Caregiver To Assist With Two Small Children

Hello, My husband and I are looking for a caregiver to help assist my mother care for our two children. We have a 3-month-old and a 2-year-old. I am returning to work from maternity leave. I have a rotating schedule every two weeks. We would be looking to hire someone for 2-3 days a week. The schedule will be rotating but I know what days we need help several months in advance. We have two large dogs and a medium sized dog. We are hoping to find someone to help care for our two children alongside my mother. We are a fun loving and easy going family and are looking for someone enthusiastic to come help care for our children. We would ask that the person is certified in infant/ child CPR.
