New born. She is 3 weeks old currently and basically we need someone who can watch her while shes awake and care for her. Feed, change her and make sure she doesnt spit up before she goes back down to sleep. She has a allergy so she is uncomfortable a lot. Both me and my partner work during the day so this would be 3-4 days a week about 12 hours while we are working.
