My kids are fairly low-maintenance. I dont require anything than directly taking care of their needs; my 2-year-old does have an Early Interventionist come to the house every other week and a speech therapist who comes every week. Ideally Id prefer to pay someone weekly rather than hourly. I realize I am more in the market for a full time babysitter, not a nanny. My husband and I are teachers and our schedule is very consistent through the end of the school year.
