Seeking 2 Day/week Nanny For 5 Month Old

Seeking a part-time nanny for our 5-month-old. My mom has been keeping him since I started work a month ago, but I'd like to have a nanny two days a week to free her up some. We have two older girls (2 and 4), but they are in preschool. The hours would be roughly 8:30-3. I know the job posting says Tuesday/Wednesday, but I would also be open to Tuesday/Thursday or even Wednesday/Thursday. I just need some kind of combination of 2 consistent days a week. We are a Christian family and I would like to hire another believer. We would love to have a consistent person to be with our family the next few years. This job could also expand to watching my older girls when they're home in the summer if it's the right fit, with an increase in pay of course.
