Seeking Part-time Nanny (20 Hours/week) For 4 Month Old

We are looking for someone to care for our 4-month-old daughter three weekday afternoons a week in our home, approx. 11:30-5, days may vary due to work schedules. We are seeking a non-smoker, who is up to date on all vaccinations, has references, and is large dog friendly. We would like someone who is familiar with infant development milestones and willing to help us work towards those with her. We do not do screen time, so someone active and playful is important, as well as someone who will talk to and read to her frequently and take her outside when possible. Ideally we would like to find someone who wants to stay with our family on a long term basis.
