Nanny Needed For My Children In Florence.

I am looking for childcare in my home for my newborn twins. My wife is returning to work and we are in the process of selling our home so during the week she isnt home. I work from home (Middle School Teacher ) and have a flexible schedule early in the day but later in the evenings my schedule is set and requires me to be on camera and microphone. I am looking for someone who can look after the twins during those moments where I need to be on camera working. Although I will be in the house (and available via text), I will mostly be unavailable to assist directly. My online teaching is usually 4:00-7:30 p.m. and my Live Hosting is from 8:00 p.m. to about 12:30 a.m. Expectations (given their age) would mostly consist of feeding, changing, soothing, and monitoring them while they sleep.
