About the job
We are seeking a loving, patient, and energetic full-time nanny for our 14-month-old twins. Looking for someone who is nurturing, dependable, and passionate about child development. Ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative, and happy to spend time outside with the twins (going for daily walks, exploring nature, getting fresh air). We also value someone who enjoys teaching through play and can encourage early learning, such as language development, fine motor skills, and social interaction. One of our twins has medical needs that require frequent appointments, so we're looking for someone comfortable with occasional schedule adjustments. On some days, one twin may be out of the house, which allows for lighter duties and opportunities for time off. We value clear communication, kindness, and creating a calm, loving home environment.
