I am looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Conway. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has a college degree. It would be extremely helpful if I could find a babysitter that wouldn't mind babysitting at their home. I can do drop-off and pick-up myself. I'm interested in doing more of a flat rate instead of hourly. Thank you.
