Join our family to nurture L. This job is to care for a bright and lively boy who will turn 4 in June. He has special needs, including anxiety, ADHD, and SPD. He needs a patient, understanding companion to support his development. The ideal candidate is creative, positive, and passionate about working with children, especially those with special needs. We would need about 30 hours of care in our home, per week (after L's morning pre-school). Mom works from home, and the neighborhood has a playground, trails, and a pool you could enjoy with L. Responsibilities: Create a safe, engaging environment. Plan stimulating activities. Help manage his needs. Collaborate with family for consistency. Prepare snacks and light housekeeping.
