Weekday Baby Sitter To One Infant

I have a 7-month-old baby girl. She's an only child with no pets. She is currently in day care but doesn't nap well or at all there and continues to get sick causing ear infections. We're looking to keep her at home with a sitter during the week days while my husband and I work starting after the new year. We're both active duty army but have a pretty set schedule. There will be random days we need earlier or stay a little later. She doesn't have screen time but has a million books and toys, loves going on walks and soon she'll be able to play at the park just a couple houses down from us. She's bottle fed for all feedings and is slowly getting introduced to different foods. You would be watching her in our home.
