Sitter For Autistic 8yr Old And 2 Younger Siblings

My children prefer to play outdoors and are pretty independent. My oldest child is autistic and requires constant supervision to make sure he stays out of trouble, doesn't elope, and respects the boundaries of others. They are all homeschooled and have assignments/activities they can access on their own. I'm looking for help for a couple of hours on days that I have doctor appointments or need to get extra work done working from home. I'm looking for someone we can start small and work towards more paid responsibilities such as Respite care or help with light chores/ educational activities.
