Looking for somebody to join our family! Don't cry over spilled milk approach to childcare. We approach the toddler years with big communication improvements daily and guide our child through the difficult times with confidence and redirection. Ideal nanny would be able to support potty training, meal prep, keeping toys tidy, is confident and caring and an overall kind person! Both parents work from home however will be in offices to allow nanny to lead the day with our toddler. Art, art, art! Both kids love art, cooking, baking, playing and being very engaged. Support in Continuing to develop good habits and echo the use of respectful behavior. Confident driving to pick up our kids at daycare and take them to gymnastics. We have one dog, who requires no care from nanny.
