We are looking for someone compassionate, nurturing, calm, and organized to help us care for our 7-month-old daughter, and for that person to become part of our family. It is important to us that they are well versed in caring for an infant and have experience doing so. Additionally, safety is a priority for us. We also want to make sure the caregiver can keep our daughter engaged without relying on TV. We have a 2-year-old English Springer Spaniel, so it is important to us that the caregiver likes dogs and is comfortable giving commands to her. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term commitment (becoming a member of our family), open to occasional after 5 p.m. care (for date nights), open to traveling, and okay with light housework related to the baby (meal prep for baby, laundry for baby, etc.).
