Long-term Nanny For 2 Month Old In Downtown Charleston

We are looking for a long-term nanny for our son, C, who will be 2. 5 months old when I return to work on January 1st. I work in law enforcement so the schedule during the week will vary since I sometimes have weekdays off. I'll be able to provide the next month's schedule typically by the 20th of the prior month. My husband works remote upstairs in our home. We conveniently live in downtown Charleston. We are looking for someone to engage with C, make sure he gets good naps in, and spend time outdoors on walks as he grows. Currently, he is on-demand feeding and napping.
